☆ character information; NAME: Ryoko Asakura CANON: The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan (by way of soulgemmed) CANON POINT: Post-manga (May 2nd year) BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Kind to a fault. Certainly strives on being a big sister/mom type to others, but also tends to worry about others a lot to her detriment. Has been through a lot in the last two years. She's got the aura of a mom and can be scary from time to time, but otherwise is fairly pleasant. Ryoko continues to carry on the impression of being a reliable class rep, and is always looking to be helpful.
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Cis female, She/her AGE: 20 HEIGHT: 5'3 (160 cm) WEIGHT: never you mind HAIR COLOR: Blue EYE COLOR: Also blue?! STYLE: Ryoko dresses casually, usually looking quite like a mom. She has long hair, kept in place with a hair clip and her bangs showing off her forehead and pronounced eyebrows! Her magical girl outfit is frilly and looks similar to a school uniform, and she usually puts her hair in a ponytail while transformed. SCENT: Soap an' shampoo-- nothing super special. VOICE: In Japanese, she's voiced by Natsuko Kuwatani. She speaks properly and sometimes, overdramatically. In English, she's voiced by Bridget Hoffman. This clip shows off her more fussy side too, so enjoy that. DEMEANOR: As pleasantly as possible! On the day to day, Ryoko can be a bit chatty and keep up with the local color pretty well. She tends to keep a low profile when she's not feeling well, and she's become a pro at faking niceties if needed. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Mundanely, Ryoko is a fantastic cook. She pretty much prepped a Christmas meal (turkey included!) on her own, and constantly cooks for her best friend. Also, as an aside, her skill with knives has been described as "terrifying".
As a magi, she gains the ability to create a protective Closed Space around her and those around her, acting as a shield and a healing bubble at once. She can't hold it up for too long, or it'll start to take a physical toll on her. Ryoko also has the ability to exude a terrifying aura around her when she's overly angry, which cancels out her Closed Space and depending on how scared her enemy is of her at the moment, may be paralyzing. Finally, she has a slash/parry attack that she hasn't really used much yet. All of this stuff can be found here in greater detail.
CLOSE CR: There's very few instances during their downtime that she can't be found without Taiga Aisaka close by. Her only friend from Nyoi-cho, her best friend from Nyoi-cho, and someone she cares about immensely. Other than that, she generally tries to check on the Shrine of Space-Time to make sure Yuuto hasn't disappeared, and still drops by the ADA offices to give her greetings to the agency as a whole-- Fauna in particular, of course. WHERE DO THEY LIVE? She lives in an apartment at the moment! She doesn't have a roommate, though Taiga's over enough that it might seem like they're living together. SCHOOLING/JOBS: Ryoko's currently working at a restaurant, enroute to hopefully opening up her own oden stand again! She's not going to university just yet. HOBBIES: She can generally be found at the library, recalling stories to the spirits there about a magical girl duo: Leona-chan and Reiko-chan. Lately the stories have started to center more on Reiko-chan, but generally keep the same messages of hope and perseverance. GO TO CONVERSATION: Taiga. Oden. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Rinne's a half-shinigami, able to be picked out in a crowd due to his bright red hair and the stench of poverty on him, although that's fading away a bit! He's wearing a nice coat and winter clothes now, but rest assured that he's absolutely only wearing a plain t-shirt underneath. May also be wearing the Haori of the Underworld, which basically gives him the properties of a spirit.
GENDER/PRONOUNS: He/Him AGE: 16 HEIGHT: 5'5'' WEIGHT: 135 lbs HAIR COLOR: Red EYE COLOR: Red STYLE: He literally used to only wear a track suit, and he probably still mainly does. He dresses like if he buys a second pair of clothes, he'll be sent to the fucking Shadow Realm. SCENT: Actually, he does get to bathe regularly! He only smells like he has no money, which surprisingly isn't stinky! VOICE: Rinne's voiced by Kaito Ishikawa. Would you believe that there aren't many videos of him actually sounding like he typically does? DEMEANOR: He tries to keep an air of dignity and peace at all times. He's an otherwise fairly reserved kind of guy, believe it or not! SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Very good at making paper roses, and altogether a very hard working young man. Mostly because he picks things up from having to help spirits cross over to the Circle of Reincarnation. While wearing the Haori of the Underworld, he can phase through walls and fly-- and in Starsand, this gets him limited access to the Spirit Realm, which kinda makes him feel a bit ill if he's there too long!
CLOSE CR: Honestly, probably anyone at the Shrine of Sin. Outside of that, he tends to visit Mafuyu and Kanade quite a bit. WHERE DO THEY LIVE? He lives at the Shrine of Sin! He's well taken care of, and he wants to cry a lot because of it. SCHOOLING/JOBS: He does in fact, go to school still. Otherwise, he's again, working at the Shrine of Sin. He's still not completely convinced that Christmas is a thing he can really celebrate, and hasn't decided on whether or not he's attending the holiday party just yet. Also, he periodically goes down to the first level from time to time these days, always making sure to wear his haori.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ryuunosuke's pretty strong and tough. She's another one of those Rumiko characters who can lift and throw heavy shit and take a beating in the process. A lot of this is from constant brawling with her dad-- she's not a trained fighter or anything, but she's been learning from Yor lately! She's also a pretty good salesperson, in that she knows how to charm someone unintentionally to go to her tea shop.

VOICE: In Japanese, he's voiced by Takuya Eguchi, and in English he's voiced by Alex Organ. In either case, he tries to stick with a cool and collected voice. DEMEANOR: Peaceful. One might assume that he's one of the civilians from how well he blends in, but the civilians know he's a Fallen Star. It's a charade naturally, but one that he's happy to keep up. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Twilight has a variety of skills and talents, all carefully honed through his years of being a spy. He takes his job super seriously. He's good with firearms and while he's not on Yor's level, he can handle his own in a hand to hand fight as well.
He's also a master of disguise-- if anyone sees a black-haired, stern and slightly older looking man, that'd be "Louis". It's an alter-ego created to continue on with information gathering so no one suspects that Loid has been sneaking around.

Atsushi doesn't spend much money on clothes. He treasures the style that ADA picked out for him, which is a white business shirt and suspenders over black pants. Atsushi also has a trademark 'belt tail' and Yuuto has to pay royalties on it. Atsushi isn't used to having a chance to buy his own clothes, so plays it safe by repeating one outfit. VOICE:Yuuto Uemura; He has a softer voice and speaks very politely. Except when he snarks. DEMEANOR: Atsushi is a polite and well-mannered person. He's the type who tries to keep his head down and is very conflict avoidant. He is polite enough to know not to say a rude thing to someone's face, but petty enough to mutter it under his breath instead. Because he spent so much of his life in a neglectful orphanage, Atsushi is wide-eyed about his new freedoms and luxuries. He can turn on the professionalism for work and then be a starry-eyed child on his own time. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Atsushi turns into a tiger under the light of a full moon, which is something I've been handwaving him dealing with every month. He has enough control over his ability to selectively transform only some parts of his body at a time; arms, legs, eyes, his sense of smell, etc. He can even fine-tune it enough to just have a tail. The tiger also gives him insane regenerative powers and strength. Talking "regen that missing leg" or "catch a bullet in his teeth" level of ridiculous.

He works as a detective at the Armed Detective Agency. You may also see him around town helping with lower level things like finding missing cats. HOBBIES: he's so boring. No really. He just works. He's afflicted with a 'Rumor' and was supposed to keep his existence a secret so that it wouldn't spread, but alas! Yuuto has learned that love and friendship are great and Starsand is a happiness buffet! On the outside, he's a cheerful and friendly person. On the inside, he is depressed and scared. He's been slowly turning into a 'Distortion.'
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Male/He/Him AGE: 18 HEIGHT: 5'7" WEIGHT: Depends! His human form weighs about 115 lbs. He gets lighter when he's happy or angry and heavier when he's depressed. HAIR COLOR: Platinum Blond; His hair shimmers unnaturally in the light, much like a prism. EYE COLOR: Pink&Gold; They turn pink when he's spacing out or using his power, then gold again if he's very grounded. STYLE: Yuuto's style of dress leans towards being formal or slightly above casual. He always wears a pink ribbon, usually tying his shirt closed or around his wrist, and his black boots shimmer with stars. Yuuto pays royalty fees to copy Atsushi's belt tail style, but his 'tail' actually moves in tune with his emotions. Lastly, Yuuto has started to braid his longer strip of hair and wears two starry hair clips on the opposite side. SCENT: Burnt popcorn if he's teleported recently. Otherwise idk. boy? VOICE: voice claim is Nobunaga Shimazaki; Yuuto speaks softly and, before Starsand made him cozy casual, he would speak quite formally. DEMEANOR: Yuuto tries to present himself as being happy, polite, and 'light.' He wants to be easy to keep around, so he'll try to be agreeable and stay out of your way. Unfortunately, he's also excitable and sometimes loses his own fight to a more bouncy and energetic side of himself.
When his guard is down, Yuuto is much quieter and formal. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: As the spacetime kami, Yuuto can control time and space. He does this through a combination of physically manipulating the strings of space, which looks like puppetry or cat's cradle, and through mentally changing the world's formulas.

Presently he returns to the Shrine of Love at night or sleeps in literal space. Depending on how things shake out in December/January though, he might try to move out and have a roommate??? He's dreaming of being a normal person. SCHOOLING/JOBS: He cries enough. HOBBIES: Yuuto likes things like sewing, knitting, and cat's cradle due to his practice with his power. He plays the violin. His depression and self-worth have been tanking and he's terrified of everything/one. But he has no solution to that, so he's just dialing up the happy to 100. He really wants to see his friends succeed and be happy! He wants to protect people by making them meals or doing chores or just letting them vent! He recently set up the Wishing Boards on his own and wants to meet Santa Claus.
Also he's been asleep since November 18th and isn't allowed to wake up. But he will try to sneak out to help people!

Samantha was raised to be the perfect magical girl in this world and was intended to be a sacrificial pawn in her mother's crazy gambit. Now she's kind-of dead? It's complicated, but she's recovering from her whirlwind of a canon.

STYLE: She wears mostly black and prefers a lolita fashion silhouette. Because she can make clothes with her magic, Samantha tends to prefer extravagant dresses with a lot of lace and nice patterns. She leans towards military and sailor lolita. SCENT: Cherry blossoms. VOICE:Yui Horie would be her voice claim! DEMEANOR: Samantha is a people pleaser, who changes her demeanor in order to fit in. She starts out polite and formal, then loosens up depending on the people around her. When she's at her most relaxed, Sam can act like a bit of a tomboy. She tends to use silly language and talk like a swearing child when she's at her worst. SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Hoh boy. In short, Samantha's magic allows her to cut out the 'process' of doing something. Anything that she could do on her own, even if it would take her years, can be done instantly with magic. It's a matter of confidence and 'knowing' she can do something. Because she was raised on maho shojo material, this includes things like magic bullets, shields, magical girl transformations, and friendship beams. Her magic is a reflection of her will, so will do as much or as little damage as she intends.
Samantha was also trained to be an assassin, who was sent after criminal magic users. She knows how to use lethal force. This isn't something that she's proud of, so she'll try to keep the scythe and guns hidden unless it seems beneficial to offer them!!
Also, Samantha can sense the emotions of others. She can technically turn feelings into magic! Right now, she's just using this to sense magic and make sure no one is going to kill her in her sleep.

WHAT KIND OF HANDWAVED CR ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? People to train with or hang out with her. She's trying to acclimate to what a 'normal' girl should be, so would happily tail others her age in order to study their mannerisms.

☆ character information; NAME: Ushio Kofune (Shadow Edition™️) CANON: Summertime Rendering CANON POINT: During the final loop. To be specific, and spoilers abound, so highlight to read: Right before Ushio disappears in the final loop after gifting Shinpei the awakened eye. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ushio is a shadow--basically, what that means is that she's a copy of a girl that's dead right down to how she looks, acts, sounds, smells and even thinks like. You get the picture. And Ushio herself knows that she's an imitation and has had insecurities about it in the past. However, she's all but accepted it. She's also canonically half-French and half-Japanese, which is why she looks the way she does. Even in spite of this, she's a very energetic girl who is very much emotions over logic, putting the people she loves and cares about first.
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Female, she/her. AGE:Technically, she only has lived for a couple of months now. But she's physically Ushio's age, which would be 18. HEIGHT: 5'3" WEIGHT: She has a slim build. Don't ask me for specific weights. I don't fucking know them. HAIR COLOR: Blonde. EYE COLOR: Blue. STYLE: Ushio's fashion tends to be rather plain--things you'd find in 2018 fashion. She wears dresses sometimes but will frequently wear shorts or pants like the tomboy she is. Her color trends tend to go for whites, blacks and blues. She is also never seen without her seashell necklace around her neck. For combat, however, she will switch to her iconic blue one piece swimsuit. SCENT: Given that she's very much someone who likes to spend her time in beaches and the ocean, she'll smell similarly to that. But generally, she's clean. VOICE: Ushio sounds rather energetic and has a very obvious accent. She's voiced by Anna Nagase in the anime. DEMEANOR: Ushio has a bounce to her step and primarily acts rather optimistic. She's the very depiction of summer--sunny and bright. She's also a bit goofy as well, as can be seen when she doesn't entirely take things seriously. But she's very genuine and emotional with a heart of gold. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Being a shadow, she has a rather varied skillset. The first one is that her body as "Ushio" is made completely of data. As long as her main body, the flat shadow on the ground isn't hurt, she can regenerate as much as she wants. She also can use her hair as both a weapon and a shield and they are both very strong in that regard.
Ushio also can make copies of items that she has personally scanned and even use her hair to make copies of herself. If she uses too much of her hair, she'll become short haired. And if she uses too much of her power and is injured too much in regards to her shadow, she'll actually revert to a younger version of herself.
While not really applicable here, Ushio also has the - spoilers for Summertime Rendering, so highlight to read: Awakened Eye of Haine, meaning that she inherited what is basically a god's power. In the 'human world', this eye can be used to access spacetime; it's what grants Shinpei his ability to loop.
Also, given that Ushio is a shadow, she also has a short lifespan, which is why she can be at times having to eat Starling to maintain her physical body.
In terms of mundane skills, she has a mean right hook, probably knows a little bit of French, and can swim pretty well. Also is having a big stomach a skill? It is now.
CLOSE CR: Asakura Ryoko's basically her first friend here, so she'll sometimes hang out with her. She doesn't have too much in the way of CR right now, so I'd like to change that! WHERE DO THEY LIVE? At the moment, Ushio's living on her own in an apartment, but I wouldn't mind getting her a roommate! I'd honestly prefer a female roommate for this, though. SCHOOLING/JOBS: Currently not going to school or taking on any jobs; she has other things to do that are much more important at the moment. HOBBIES: Ushio spends a lot of time by the water--whether that be by pools or beaches. She's also canonically a video gamer and anime watcher from the year 2018. ☆ character information; NAME: Himeko Inaba CANON: Kokoro Connect (SCP CRAU) CANON POINT: After the events of Hito Random (volume one) and after the events of the final round of SCP. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ice queen extraordinare. She's someone who acts crude and rough around the edges, distancing herself from others because she truly thinks that it's the best thing for her to do. She thinks that she's an awful person in spite of wanting to do good but is also extremely stressed out about pushing herself to her limits because she has to do good or else she's useless and worthless and she can't be that--except that's how she sees herself. As someone who is worth nothing unless she's actively doing something good. Another thing to note is that she's very self-aware of herself as an SCP-6350; this means that she knows she's not entirely human anymore and that she's also fictional. Talk to her about it!

VOICE: She's voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro and generally has a tomboyish tone. She sometimes gets higher in pitch and ends up sounding cute, but that's reserved for her 'dere mode', which she's basically locked away. DEMEANOR: She tends to be rather serious but like, now she's even more icy in terms of how she carries herself around. There's a defensive air about her and just a lot of exhaustion, too. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Mundane-wise, Inaba is rather skilled in technology. She's built computers by herself and can program things. She also knows self defense and can even disguise herself, too.
She also has SCP abilities - one being nullification of abilities through touch. This means that any supernatural abilities cannot touch her. This also includes things like telepathy or mind reading. There are a few caveats of course - that being 1) she has to touch it to nullfy it and 2) if the ability is mundane in nature, she can't do anything to it.
Her other main ability is that she can touch someone and cause them discomfort and nausea. She cannot use this in combination with her nullfication.
Oh, also: she has some Weird Soul Bullshit going on. She has a blue Undertale Heart (for integrity) with slight white (for monster) which When the Plot Requires It can turn red for Determination, which can like, change the world and shit like that but only when plot requires it. She has no control over that in particular.
CLOSE CR: She's basically hit the reset button on her CR in spite of people not working like that, so she doesn't exactly have any close CR at the moment. Let's change that! WHERE DO THEY LIVE? Right now she lives in a pretty sizable house on the upper levels, but she might potentially move to the lower levels. We'll see. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Hanyuu is a kami who's spent many years being alone and unseen--only able to watch as events passed her by. She sacrificed herself for the sake of humans, but soon enough, humans began to see her as something to be feared, someone who would curse others when she is far from that. She's awkward and shy at times, but has a caring heart. Also a mom who is willing to call people out on their shit.
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Female, she/her. AGE: Looks 20, but is 100+ years old. HEIGHT: 5'2" WEIGHT: Average, she's slender. HAIR COLOR: Violet EYE COLOR: The same, although she will sometimes have red eyes on occasion. STYLE: Her fashion tends to be rather simple when she's doing casual wear and at times she'll hide her horns when she throws her hair into buns. When she's acting as a kami, her outfit is much more extravagant and leans into a lot of typical Japanese wear. SCENT: What do they smell like on a day to day basis? VOICE: Hanyuu is voiced by Yui Horie and generally has a soft voice. There will be times that her voice sounds much more serious and mature, as can be seen here (timestamped). DEMEANOR: Honestly, depends on what she's doing. A lot of the time, Hanyuu portrays herself as an observer and listener... that is, unless she's off duty, then she's very childlike and full of awe and wonder. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: In terms of the mundane, she knows how to cook, clean and sew. She is also rather skilled in fighting, having been an assassin in the past. She primarily can use a sword, but has also used her claws in the past.
Hanyuu can summon objects related to Oyashiro-sama and also create objects under her name with weird abilities.
She also has a sensor to find spiritual things through her ahoge.
Hanyuu can also freeze time for short bursts and grant wishes to those who pray to her for it. As the Kami of Sin in this world, she also gains power from sins and can purify them as well.

She also tends to be really popular amongst her peers because of her demeanor. HOBBIES: She's the lyricist and mixer for Niigo, so she does a lot of music-related things. She isn't much better on the social adjustment part, but she's trying some!

Style herself much at all, having basically thrown together her outfit for 'plenty of pockets in easy reach', 'a weapon on her' (her sash), and other practical concerns. She probably hasn't changed too much in Starsand, unless forced to by things wearing out. SCENT: Rita uses a very basic soap and shampoo, leading to a nondescript scent. VOICE:Michelle Ruff's performance gives Rita a 'always smarter than you and trying to keep that under control' tone, with a fair bit of angry undercurrent borne of not having a lot of genuine happiness in her life. Her softer side really only starts to come out much later in the story. DEMEANOR: Rita's confidence is... Somehow overblown even though she provably really is that smart. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Rita's magic, being powered by techniques she had to develop herself, is vastly weaker than she had before. However, she's still a general scientific genius, and capable of throwing enough fireballs to set an arbitrary number of people on fire if they annoy her. She also has low enough self-control that fists, her sash, or setting people on fire is a reaction she will at minimum seriously consider in response to annoyance.
CLOSE CR: Rita doesn't currently have too many people - she regularly visits Kokoro Belmont, but that may be about it unless people want to step in. MY KINGDOM FOR AN ESTELLE WHERE DO THEY LIVE? SCENT: Pidonus' usual scent is a slightly exotic-spiced sweet, a side effect of her abilities... VOICE: Pidonus' natural voice tends towards the slightly low and sultry... Except when her mood gets chipper, which is fairly often. She's capable of very strong oratory and especially singing. DEMEANOR: When in her shrine maiden wear, Pidonus tries to be quiet and modest; the rest of the time, she's anything but, flaunting herself with a confident strut basically all the time. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Pidonus is a Succubus and Bard, both based on the 3.5 definitions. This gives her some mental influence abilities, but also shenanigans like teleportation and damage resistance (except against holy energy). Her Bardic powers reflect how she fights - singing to enhance her allies' abilities while she herself takes the frontline with a rapier.
CLOSE CR: Pidonus often hangs with the people of the Shrine of Hanyuu - and when she can manage it, Yuuto. WHERE DO THEY LIVE? Pidonus' apartment is... Oddly spartan, as if she doesn't spend much time there. Because, not needing sleep, she often doesn't! SCHOOLING/JOBS: Pidonus' primary day job is at Hanyuu's Shrine; her secondary thing is music recordings, though they're not superbly directed outside of battle. HOBBIES: Pidonus' big central obsession, staking to before her present existence, is music - developing her skills, sharing them with others, listening, you name it. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Kind to a fault. Certainly strives on being a big sister/mom type to others, but also tends to worry about others a lot to her detriment. Has been through a lot in the last two years. She's got the aura of a mom and can be scary from time to time, but otherwise is fairly pleasant. Ryoko continues to carry on the impression of being a reliable class rep, and is always looking to be helpful.

Her magical girl outfit is frilly and looks similar to a school uniform, and she usually puts her hair in a ponytail while transformed.
SCENT: Soap an' shampoo-- nothing super special.
VOICE: In Japanese, she's voiced by Natsuko Kuwatani. She speaks properly and sometimes, overdramatically. In English, she's voiced by Bridget Hoffman. This clip shows off her more fussy side too, so enjoy that.
DEMEANOR: As pleasantly as possible! On the day to day, Ryoko can be a bit chatty and keep up with the local color pretty well. She tends to keep a low profile when she's not feeling well, and she's become a pro at faking niceties if needed.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Mundanely, Ryoko is a fantastic cook. She pretty much prepped a Christmas meal (turkey included!) on her own, and constantly cooks for her best friend. Also, as an aside, her skill with knives has been described as "terrifying".
As a magi, she gains the ability to create a protective Closed Space around her and those around her, acting as a shield and a healing bubble at once. She can't hold it up for too long, or it'll start to take a physical toll on her. Ryoko also has the ability to exude a terrifying aura around her when she's overly angry, which cancels out her Closed Space and depending on how scared her enemy is of her at the moment, may be paralyzing. Finally, she has a slash/parry attack that she hasn't really used much yet. All of this stuff can be found here in greater detail.
CLOSE CR: There's very few instances during their downtime that she can't be found without Taiga Aisaka close by. Her only friend from Nyoi-cho, her best friend from Nyoi-cho, and someone she cares about immensely. Other than that, she generally tries to check on the Shrine of Space-Time to make sure Yuuto hasn't disappeared, and still drops by the ADA offices to give her greetings to the agency as a whole-- Fauna in particular, of course.
WHERE DO THEY LIVE? She lives in an apartment at the moment! She doesn't have a roommate, though Taiga's over enough that it might seem like they're living together.
SCHOOLING/JOBS: Ryoko's currently working at a restaurant, enroute to hopefully opening up her own oden stand again! She's not going to university just yet.
HOBBIES: She can generally be found at the library, recalling stories to the spirits there about a magical girl duo: Leona-chan and Reiko-chan. Lately the stories have started to center more on Reiko-chan, but generally keep the same messages of hope and perseverance.

WHAT ARE THEY UP TO NOW? Her attention is parted in two ways: making sure Taiga's holiday party goes off without a hitch and nobody gets left out-- and also, trying to find out more about the Wish Maker and what can be done to stop them.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Rinne's a half-shinigami, able to be picked out in a crowd due to his bright red hair and the stench of poverty on him, although that's fading away a bit! He's wearing a nice coat and winter clothes now, but rest assured that he's absolutely only wearing a plain t-shirt underneath. May also be wearing the Haori of the Underworld, which basically gives him the properties of a spirit.

DEMEANOR: He tries to keep an air of dignity and peace at all times. He's an otherwise fairly reserved kind of guy, believe it or not!
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Very good at making paper roses, and altogether a very hard working young man. Mostly because he picks things up from having to help spirits cross over to the Circle of Reincarnation. While wearing the Haori of the Underworld, he can phase through walls and fly-- and in Starsand, this gets him limited access to the Spirit Realm, which kinda makes him feel a bit ill if he's there too long!
CLOSE CR: Honestly, probably anyone at the Shrine of Sin. Outside of that, he tends to visit Mafuyu and Kanade quite a bit.
WHERE DO THEY LIVE? He lives at the Shrine of Sin! He's well taken care of, and he wants to cry a lot because of it.

Also, he periodically goes down to the first level from time to time these days, always making sure to wear his haori.

VOICE: We have no idea who Ryuunosuke's modern VA is going to be yet. That said, she was voiced by Mayumi Tanaka in Japanese. So yes, she sounds EXACTLY like Luffy.
DEMEANOR: You know those shows where there's just that cool kid hanging out, lounging around and pretending not to give a shit about stuff going on? Yeah, that's Ryuunosuke.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ryuunosuke's pretty strong and tough. She's another one of those Rumiko characters who can lift and throw heavy shit and take a beating in the process. A lot of this is from constant brawling with her dad-- she's not a trained fighter or anything, but she's been learning from Yor lately! She's also a pretty good salesperson, in that she knows how to charm someone unintentionally to go to her tea shop.

WHERE DO THEY LIVE? She's been sleeping at one of the kind civilians homes, but feels kinda bad about it! She'll be moving out soon.

VOICE: In Japanese, he's voiced by Takuya Eguchi, and in English he's voiced by Alex Organ. In either case, he tries to stick with a cool and collected voice.
DEMEANOR: Peaceful. One might assume that he's one of the civilians from how well he blends in, but the civilians know he's a Fallen Star. It's a charade naturally, but one that he's happy to keep up.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Twilight has a variety of skills and talents, all carefully honed through his years of being a spy. He takes his job super seriously. He's good with firearms and while he's not on Yor's level, he can handle his own in a hand to hand fight as well.
He's also a master of disguise-- if anyone sees a black-haired, stern and slightly older looking man, that'd be "Louis". It's an alter-ego created to continue on with information gathering so no one suspects that Loid has been sneaking around.
CLOSE CR: Yor, naturally. Though he's starting to make it a habit to go have a cup of coffee with Shugo and generally just chat.

Atsushi also has a trademark 'belt tail' and Yuuto has to pay royalties on it. Atsushi isn't used to having a chance to buy his own clothes, so plays it safe by repeating one outfit.
VOICE: Yuuto Uemura; He has a softer voice and speaks very politely. Except when he snarks.
DEMEANOR: Atsushi is a polite and well-mannered person. He's the type who tries to keep his head down and is very conflict avoidant. He is polite enough to know not to say a rude thing to someone's face, but petty enough to mutter it under his breath instead. Because he spent so much of his life in a neglectful orphanage, Atsushi is wide-eyed about his new freedoms and luxuries. He can turn on the professionalism for work and then be a starry-eyed child on his own time.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Atsushi turns into a tiger under the light of a full moon, which is something I've been handwaving him dealing with every month. He has enough control over his ability to selectively transform only some parts of his body at a time; arms, legs, eyes, his sense of smell, etc. He can even fine-tune it enough to just have a tail. The tiger also gives him insane regenerative powers and strength. Talking "regen that missing leg" or "catch a bullet in his teeth" level of ridiculous.
CLOSE CR: Atsushi generally hangs out with the members of ADA, which is Dazai, Akutagawa (ugh,) and Fauna. He's been very bad at socializing!
WHERE DO THEY LIVE? He lives on the second floor of the ADA building.
SCHOOLING/JOBS: Atsushi has never attended a formal school before, but he does have some basic high school-level education. He works as a detective at the Armed Detective Agency. You may also see him around town helping with lower level things like finding missing cats.
HOBBIES: he's so boring. No really. He just works. Atsushi also loves a good meal though and likes to eat out. Starsand is so luxurious and eating nice food is so easy here! He can't waste this chance!
GO TO CONVERSATION: Akutagawa sucks, Dazai is the best thing since sliced bread, and all things bunny-related remind him of Kyouka. Atsushi will also carelessly compare simple everyday luxuries to his awful orphanage life.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: One of the kami of spacetime, and currently the only one publicly using the label. He's afflicted with a 'Rumor' and was supposed to keep his existence a secret so that it wouldn't spread, but alas! Yuuto has learned that love and friendship are great and Starsand is a happiness buffet! On the outside, he's a cheerful and friendly person. On the inside, he is depressed and scared. He's been slowly turning into a 'Distortion.'
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Male/He/Him
AGE: 18
HEIGHT: 5'7"
WEIGHT: Depends! His human form weighs about 115 lbs. He gets lighter when he's happy or angry and heavier when he's depressed.
HAIR COLOR: Platinum Blond; His hair shimmers unnaturally in the light, much like a prism.
EYE COLOR: Pink&Gold; They turn pink when he's spacing out or using his power, then gold again if he's very grounded.
STYLE: Yuuto's style of dress leans towards being formal or slightly above casual. He always wears a pink ribbon, usually tying his shirt closed or around his wrist, and his black boots shimmer with stars. Yuuto pays royalty fees to copy Atsushi's belt tail style, but his 'tail' actually moves in tune with his emotions. Lastly, Yuuto has started to braid his longer strip of hair and wears two starry hair clips on the opposite side.

VOICE: voice claim is Nobunaga Shimazaki; Yuuto speaks softly and, before Starsand made him cozy casual, he would speak quite formally.
DEMEANOR: Yuuto tries to present himself as being happy, polite, and 'light.' He wants to be easy to keep around, so he'll try to be agreeable and stay out of your way. Unfortunately, he's also excitable and sometimes loses his own fight to a more bouncy and energetic side of himself.
When his guard is down, Yuuto is much quieter and formal.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: As the spacetime kami, Yuuto can control time and space. He does this through a combination of physically manipulating the strings of space, which looks like puppetry or cat's cradle, and through mentally changing the world's formulas.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Hoh boy. In short, Samantha's magic allows her to cut out the 'process' of doing something. Anything that she could do on her own, even if it would take her years, can be done instantly with magic. It's a matter of confidence and 'knowing' she can do something. Because she was raised on maho shojo material, this includes things like magic bullets, shields, magical girl transformations, and friendship beams. Her magic is a reflection of her will, so will do as much or as little damage as she intends.
Samantha was also trained to be an assassin, who was sent after criminal magic users. She knows how to use lethal force. This isn't something that she's proud of, so she'll try to keep the scythe and guns hidden unless it seems beneficial to offer them!!
Also, Samantha can sense the emotions of others. She can technically turn feelings into magic! Right now, she's just using this to sense magic and make sure no one is going to kill her in her sleep.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ushio is a shadow--basically, what that means is that she's a copy of a girl that's dead right down to how she looks, acts, sounds, smells and even thinks like. You get the picture. And Ushio herself knows that she's an imitation and has had insecurities about it in the past. However, she's all but accepted it. She's also canonically half-French and half-Japanese, which is why she looks the way she does. Even in spite of this, she's a very energetic girl who is very much emotions over logic, putting the people she loves and cares about first.
GENDER/PRONOUNS: Female, she/her.
AGE: Technically, she only has lived for a couple of months now. But she's physically Ushio's age, which would be 18.

For combat, however, she will switch to her iconic blue one piece swimsuit.
SCENT: Given that she's very much someone who likes to spend her time in beaches and the ocean, she'll smell similarly to that. But generally, she's clean.
VOICE: Ushio sounds rather energetic and has a very obvious accent. She's voiced by Anna Nagase in the anime.
DEMEANOR: Ushio has a bounce to her step and primarily acts rather optimistic. She's the very depiction of summer--sunny and bright. She's also a bit goofy as well, as can be seen when she doesn't entirely take things seriously. But she's very genuine and emotional with a heart of gold.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Being a shadow, she has a rather varied skillset. The first one is that her body as "Ushio" is made completely of data. As long as her main body, the flat shadow on the ground isn't hurt, she can regenerate as much as she wants. She also can use her hair as both a weapon and a shield and they are both very strong in that regard.
Ushio also can make copies of items that she has personally scanned and even use her hair to make copies of herself. If she uses too much of her hair, she'll become short haired. And if she uses too much of her power and is injured too much in regards to her shadow, she'll actually revert to a younger version of herself.
While not really applicable here, Ushio also has the - spoilers for Summertime Rendering, so highlight to read: Awakened Eye of Haine, meaning that she inherited what is basically a god's power. In the 'human world', this eye can be used to access spacetime; it's what grants Shinpei his ability to loop.
Also, given that Ushio is a shadow, she also has a short lifespan, which is why she can be at times having to eat Starling to maintain her physical body.
In terms of mundane skills, she has a mean right hook, probably knows a little bit of French, and can swim pretty well. Also is having a big stomach a skill? It is now.
CLOSE CR: Asakura Ryoko's basically her first friend here, so she'll sometimes hang out with her. She doesn't have too much in the way of CR right now, so I'd like to change that!
WHERE DO THEY LIVE? At the moment, Ushio's living on her own in an apartment, but I wouldn't mind getting her a roommate! I'd honestly prefer a female roommate for this, though.

She thinks that she's an awful person in spite of wanting to do good but is also extremely stressed out about pushing herself to her limits because she has to do good or else she's useless and worthless and she can't be that--except that's how she sees herself. As someone who is worth nothing unless she's actively doing something good. Another thing to note is that she's very self-aware of herself as an SCP-6350; this means that she knows she's not entirely human anymore and that she's also fictional. Talk to her about it!

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Mundane-wise, Inaba is rather skilled in technology. She's built computers by herself and can program things. She also knows self defense and can even disguise herself, too.
She also has SCP abilities - one being nullification of abilities through touch. This means that any supernatural abilities cannot touch her. This also includes things like telepathy or mind reading. There are a few caveats of course - that being 1) she has to touch it to nullfy it and 2) if the ability is mundane in nature, she can't do anything to it.
Her other main ability is that she can touch someone and cause them discomfort and nausea. She cannot use this in combination with her nullfication.
Oh, also: she has some Weird Soul Bullshit going on. She has a blue Undertale Heart (for integrity) with slight white (for monster) which When the Plot Requires It can turn red for Determination, which can like, change the world and shit like that but only when plot requires it. She has no control over that in particular.

She's awkward and shy at times, but has a caring heart. Also a mom who is willing to call people out on their shit.

DEMEANOR: Honestly, depends on what she's doing. A lot of the time, Hanyuu portrays herself as an observer and listener... that is, unless she's off duty, then she's very childlike and full of awe and wonder.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: In terms of the mundane, she knows how to cook, clean and sew. She is also rather skilled in fighting, having been an assassin in the past. She primarily can use a sword, but has also used her claws in the past.
Hanyuu can summon objects related to Oyashiro-sama and also create objects under her name with weird abilities.

Hanyuu can also freeze time for short bursts and grant wishes to those who pray to her for it. As the Kami of Sin in this world, she also gains power from sins and can purify them as well.

VOICE: Michelle Ruff's performance gives Rita a 'always smarter than you and trying to keep that under control' tone, with a fair bit of angry undercurrent borne of not having a lot of genuine happiness in her life. Her softer side really only starts to come out much later in the story.
DEMEANOR: Rita's confidence is... Somehow overblown even though she provably really is that smart.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Rita's magic, being powered by techniques she had to develop herself, is vastly weaker than she had before. However, she's still a general scientific genius, and capable of throwing enough fireballs to set an arbitrary number of people on fire if they annoy her. She also has low enough self-control that fists, her sash, or setting people on fire is a reaction she will at minimum seriously consider in response to annoyance.
CLOSE CR: Rita doesn't currently have too many people - she regularly visits Kokoro Belmont, but that may be about it unless people want to step in.

VOICE: Pidonus' natural voice tends towards the slightly low and sultry... Except when her mood gets chipper, which is fairly often. She's capable of very strong oratory and especially singing.
DEMEANOR: When in her shrine maiden wear, Pidonus tries to be quiet and modest; the rest of the time, she's anything but, flaunting herself with a confident strut basically all the time.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Pidonus is a Succubus and Bard, both based on the 3.5 definitions. This gives her some mental influence abilities, but also shenanigans like teleportation and damage resistance (except against holy energy). Her Bardic powers reflect how she fights - singing to enhance her allies' abilities while she herself takes the frontline with a rapier.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A bold, brash astronaut-in-training who thinks of himself as some kind of legendary hero. He’s toned down a lot since arriving at Starsand, but he’s still a stubborn optimist at heart.

STYLE: I would call his fashion sense “dudebro spacecore”. He will wear absolutely anything with galaxy print, even if it’s tacky. He wears slippers outside. The type of guy to wear basketball shorts when it’s snowing out. Also 90% of the time his hair is spiked up like a Super Saiyan version of Phoenix Wright. The other 10% of the time he’s got it back in a ponytail. You also might catch him wearing glasses from time to time.

VOICE: Kaito’s Japanese voice actor is Ryohei Kimura, best known for playing Tartaglia in Genshin Impact and Bokuto in Haikyuu. In English he’s played by Kyle Hebert, the voice of older Son Gohan in DBZ and of course, Kamina in Gurren Lagann.
DEMEANOR: Kaito is loud and confident, often taking up space and drawing attention to himself wherever he goes. He’s not as bad as he was before and is a lot more domesticated than he was before he arrived… but he still has his moments.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Kaito is a scientist at heart, with deep knowledge of both astrology and rocket science. He’s also trilingual, speaking Japanese, Russian, and English fluently. A straight A student in school despite his general lack of common sense. He has a knack for gardening, keeping many houseplants in the V3 household. Also he punches good.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A nerdy, overly-excitable young girl who was thrust into a world of witches and demons and learned to become a witch. Learning to cope with all the mistakes she made in the Boiling Isles now that she’s stuck somewhere else, and slowly starting to open up to others again.

STYLE: Luz isn’t super into fashion, often just throwing on whatever’s easiest. She’s pretty lax when it comes to gender presentation too, often wearing things that others would consider “tomboyish,” though she doesn’t mind skirts and dresses. Her hair has started to grow out a bit, so she often pulls it back into a ponytail. Her favorite thing to wear is a varsity jacket with a star and an “E” emblazoned on the front of it.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: She specializes in using magic glyphs from the land of the Boiling Isles. They come in four basic types and can be combined to create more advanced spells. Luz possesses no innate magical powers of her own - glyphs feed off of the magic of the land. She’s also a growing artist and a talented AMV editor.

They have no particular preference towards masculine or feminine presentation and tend to dabble with both. Also they made a sweater with their face on it last month.

DEMEANOR: Milo tends to conduct themselves with an air of grace and confidence - they’re fairly unflappable, so long as nothing happens to their precious phone.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Milo is a reaper, and therefore is able to summon their scythe, though they’re unable to actually reap any souls in Starsand. Otherwise they have a charisma score of 20 and a deep knowledge of all things social media. Also they can recommend you a banger wine pairing for any cheese.
CLOSE CR: Zoe is a given, considering they’re from the same canon, but otherwise they enjoy bothering Ryuunosuke and Ryoko from time to time.
WHERE DO THEY LIVE? Milo lives in the swankiest studio apartment that was offered to them.
SCHOOLING/JOBS: Milo isn’t technically working at the moment, but you will occasionally see them recording videos for their legion of “Milovers”. They want to be prepared for whenever they return home.
