CHARACTER NAME: Keyleth of the Air Ashari CANON: Critical Role/Legend of Vox Machina AGE: 23 GENDER/PRONOUNS: she/her BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Basically if you took Aang from ATLA and turned him from a preteen monk boy to an adult druid woman. Keyleth's pretty bubbly an awkward who's trying to follow the footsteps of her mother and become the next leader of her people, without having the guidance of said mother who disappeared when she was a child. Has saved the world like four or five times and has met literal gods. She wasn't particularly impressed. CHARACTER GOALS: Definitely someone I want to get involved with spirit stuff. While Keyleth herself isn't spiritual in the sense that most folks in DnD-based settings are, she has an extremely deep connection with nature and the magic surrounding it, so she could certainly offer a unique perspective on how to help in certain situations.
CHARACTER NAME: Raiden Shogun/Raiden Ei CANON: Genshin Impact AGE: Several Thousand Years Old GENDER/PRONOUNS: she/her BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Electro Archon and God of Eternity. Ei's a literal god and one of the most powerful beings in all of Teyvat - and one of the most traumatized. She's actually the sister of the original Electro Archon, Makoto, acting as her body double until Makoto's death in a terrible calamity five hundred years ago. Makoto's death and the deaths of all but one of her friends deeply traumatized Ei, leading her to lock herself away and keep her kingdom in a stagnant stasis out of fear of losing more than she already has until the Traveler came and beat her up and helped her change her views. She's slowly working past all her trauma and working to make things better in Inazuma! CHARACTER GOALS: Similarly to Keyleth, she'd be good to get involved with more of the spirit-focused aspects of the game! She'd definitely fit a bit more into those plans, considering she's more familiar with this kind of spirituality. I'd definitely like to work towards making her a kami of at least one of the titles she held back in Teyvat.

She's also the creation of a Chain in someone else's body, so she has not thought of herself as an actual person until recently. She likes people watching and writing down everything interesting she sees so she can understand it later/leave something behind because she was not supposed to exist for long. She comes off as very robotic and blunt, but she's just trying to figure out people-ing things like having feelings and all that. Zwei (or Noise) is the original owner of the body who has gone through some really bad mental health stuff with zero support and she basically ended up a psychotic sadist, but canon point could affect how well she's doing or if I even wanna bring her, too. CHARACTER GOALS: Building relationships and learning more about life and making an identity. Not sure about Zwei if she's tossed in, probably some healing because her everything was as sucky as Echo's even though she helped make Echo's sucky and not vice versa.

She really misses being able to eat. Don't let her possess you to do so, she will go on a crazy junk food binge. It's actually a problem. CHARACTER GOALS: Honestly, I'd just really like to play her and explore her character some more but she really doesn't work in standard games since I have no alive version of her to reference. CHARACTER GOALS: Again he's someone very hard to house, so having the freedom to come and go or maybe actually find an opening to manipulate everyone would be very nice. A big brother-type seeing as he actually is a big brother, but more on the quiet side about it. He's the sort to think that if something has to be done that's hard to do or could make people hate you, it may as well just be him who does it. He can also be very rash, like one time when he jumped off the top of a massive lighthouse because someone else fell off. Cares a lot about family and friends. CHARACTER GOALS: He is very screwed over by canon and the fandom alike, he was a freaking protag in one of the games (and frankly did all the actual work in the first gen of games). BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Inaba herself is a rather serious, analytical ice queen that's just outright Difficult--she has trust issues and a ton of barriers that she sometimes hides behind dry comments. She's been through a lot of human experimentation and actually feels more inhuman more now than ever and won't hesitate to call herself a monster. Which is true, in the literal sense. CHARACTER GOALS: As of this moment, my main goal is for her to have positive CR--which, I know is a very trying task, but I'd like for her to have more friends as well as to love herself a little more. Otherwise, I've stepped back on a lot of her planning due to her current character trajectory at the moment. CHARACTER ABILITIES: Her primary ability is nullification which she has on most of the time. But she can also switch to her other ability, which is to give people discomfort/nausea on touch. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Hanyuu is a kami from a small village in the 1980s. For many years, she was invisible to the world until Rika, her descendant, was born and then had to go through many timeloops of dealing with her dying. Because of this, she's not really used to doing a lot of things--she loves eating sweets (especially creampuffs) and doing new things in general and is very much a motherly type. She won't hesitate to call someone out on their bullshit, either, something that tends to be forgotten due to the anime adaptation shoving that part of her characterization out of the way. CHARACTER GOALS: My current goals are for her to help others out--she's a kami in Starsand; dubbed as the kami of sin, and once she starts learning about the Wish Maker, she's going to want to help the spirits as someone who is basically a spirit herself. I also have plans for a proper contract with her in the future, too. CHARACTER ABILITIES: Hanyuu's normal abilities deal with stopping time, reversing time, and being able to summon her artifacts. And as the kami of sin, she can sense when people are sinning and gains more power from sins. What is relevant, however, is that she is 1) in a fake marriage with Loid, a spy (she doesn't know he's a spy) and that 2) in spite of her job as an assassin, she is surprisingly kind and gentle. Although she is very much a gorilla in strength. At the moment, she works at the gym as self defense instructor, so she'll be teaching people. CHARACTER GOALS: My current long term goal is for her identity as an assassin to get revealed, but that's definitely going to be difficult as she has no need to do any sort of assassination work while she's in Starsand, as her bosses aren't here. People might, however, notice that Yor acts very different in a fight than she does normally. CHARACTER ABILITIES: Yor herself has gorilla strength, can tolerate poisons, can sneak up on people without them noticing her and even can jump high. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Mafuyu is the perfect student on the surface--a good girl who gets good grades and is an honor student. But in reality, Mafuyu has no idea what kind of person she is or what her likes or dislikes are. She's also the songwriter for her underground music circle called Nightcord at 25 o'clock. CHARACTER GOALS: At the moment, I'm trying to have Mafuyu learn more about herself--she'll be slowly coming out of her shell and figuring out that she really wants to do music and really wants to be a nurse rather than a doctor. I'd also like to have her learn that her life is kind of messed up, too. November and December she's also especially going to focus on helping out Kanade with her music as a lyricist and mixer but at the same time she wants Kanade to not overwork herself. She's a high energy, energetic girl that is a bit of a nerd as she plays video games and even watches anime. And she will kick your ass. She isn't the smartest person, though. CHARACTER GOALS: Honestly, I'm just vibing with Ushio. I don't really have much in the way of goals for her. CHARACTER ABILITIES: As a shadow, Ushio can copy objects and people. With objects she's copied, she can replicate them for short periods of time with her hair. She can also sink back into her shadow and go through cracks in walls, doors, etc. And as for people, if she copies someone, she obtains their memories, personality and can turn into them, but I obviously wouldn't be doing that without IC/OOC permission. Also because she's a shadow, her physical body is her shadow, meaning that stabs to her "physical body" wouldn't be permanent unless you actually stab the shadow itself. You can also make her unable to move by pinning the shadow onto the ground, too. Ushio is also very fast and can jump high. Also she uses her hair as a weapon and it's actually very strong. Gus was thus alone for about a year before meeting Jepperd, a former football star and followed him, leaving to try and find his mother, Birdie.
He is a very energetic and sentimental little boy, keeping his soft toy dog his father had made for him through everything. He can be rather oblivious and trusting/naive in spite of the danger he is in with being out and about leaving his home (hybrids are hunted down, are caged up and used in experiments in attempt to cure an illness that spread around the same time the hybrids were being born). Being so sheltered, there is still a lot he is learning about civilization, about humans and society, about technology and such. CHARACTER GOALS: Mostly just to have him build more connections with others, to learn more about people, society. To learn to better fend for himself (he can, he did for a year alone but still.) CHARACTER GOALS: Ryoko was challenged by Wish Maker to stop them on New Years. Her plan is to try to help with wishes, and try to gain confidence in herself in order to stand up to it when the time comes. Also, Taiga wants to celebrate Christmas, which doesn't exist in Starsand. So, she's going to try to get some kind of holiday party/gift exchange together anyway. Finally, she's trying to figure out who she wants to be and what love actually means to her, which is scary but, she's making it work. CHARACTER ABILITIES: When she's transformed, she can create a pocket barrier ("Closed Space") where she can heal friends and slow down enemies. She also can exude a terrifying aura when she's furious that may paralyze, depending on if her target is afraid. There's a more detailed list here pre-nerfs. CURRENT HAPPENINGS & THREADS: Ryoko is, in general planning to take care of herself this month and devote her time to the above goals. While she'll be available, she'll be relatively scarce except for shopping and continuing to volunteer at the library. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Kaito grew up on a healthy diet of shonen anime and sentai shows, which taught him exactly how to be an idealized hero, beloved by the masses... in theory, at least. In practice, he's a little too brash, heaps too hot-headed, and often too clumsy to really hold his own in a fight. He's often weighed down by his own toxic masculinity and idealism, but he's got a good heart and he's mellowed out a lot since arriving at Starsand. CHARACTER GOALS: For a while he's just been vibing, but I wanna revisit a lot of the relationships I've established for him and build some new ones! BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ougi is kind of a huge spoiler for the series but on the surface, they seem like a strange but inquisitive sort, interested in getting involved in people's business and often being rather critical of other people's behavior or knowledge of certain topics. Has a very strong belief in what they believe to be "right" and in "correcting mistakes", but what exactly Ougi considers to be a mistake in need of correcting and made "right" again is often a mystery. CHARACTER GOALS: Until their arrival here, they've existed as an abberation more so than as an actual individual, so without their... creator, so to speak, hanging around in Starsand yet, it could be interesting to see what Ougi is able to become as an actual person than just "Ougi Oshino" in name alone, or if they truly can't at all, while they're here. CHARACTER ABILITIES:Manipulation in Matter, Mind, and Memory, though this tends to have a stronger effect on very specific people than just on any person they come across. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Noe is a Mochijun character so he has been through Some Shit, but most people wouldn’t guess it when they meet him. Despite everything, Noe is very sheltered. He’s easily impressed and has a tendency to get easily distracted and lost. Think Disney Princess meets himbo. Noe is very loyal and loving to the people he cares about, and although he can be airheaded at times, he tends to be pretty observant of them, and tries to do what he can to look out for them. CHARACTER GOALS: Some things Noe struggles with are the fact he tends to hold back and he can be indecisive. Although other characters in canon talk about how sweet Noe is, he is mainly concerned with the people who he cares about (especially thanks to his past) and will throw his morals surrounding talking first out the door in certain situations. Basically, he’s kind of a hypocrite at times. I’d like to possibly explore that. But I’d also like to have him make friends or enemies as well and support others! CHARACTER ABILITIES: Noe is a vampire who has the unique ability to read people’s memories and emotions when he consumes their blood for the first time. This is shown to be overwhelming to him— kind of like being trapped in a dream or nightmare where you’re someone else and you’re just watching everything play out. He also has the ability to alter the World Formula, which can give him enhanced strength and the ability to ignore gravity. A real sweet kid though, if a bit awkward. Also a total shut-in. CHARACTER GOALS: Right now her main goal is to beat the Wish Maker's challenge; write a song that could give more people hope than they can by granting wishes. Outside of that, she's trying to get back into the groove of composing now that she has some equipment to work with. CHARACTER ABILITIES: Kanade is one hundred percent mundane human with very little life skills. The main thing she has going for her is that she's an extremely talented composer. CHARACTER GOALS: Definitely someone I want to get involved with spirit stuff. While Keyleth herself isn't spiritual in the sense that most folks in DnD-based settings are, she has an extremely deep connection with nature and the magic surrounding it, so she could certainly offer a unique perspective on how to help in certain situations.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Electro Archon and God of Eternity. Ei's a literal god and one of the most powerful beings in all of Teyvat - and one of the most traumatized. She's actually the sister of the original Electro Archon, Makoto, acting as her body double until Makoto's death in a terrible calamity five hundred years ago. Makoto's death and the deaths of all but one of her friends deeply traumatized Ei, leading her to lock herself away and keep her kingdom in a stagnant stasis out of fear of losing more than she already has until the Traveler came and beat her up and helped her change her views. She's slowly working past all her trauma and working to make things better in Inazuma!
CHARACTER GOALS: Similarly to Keyleth, she'd be good to get involved with more of the spirit-focused aspects of the game! She'd definitely fit a bit more into those plans, considering she's more familiar with this kind of spirituality. I'd definitely like to work towards making her a kami of at least one of the titles she held back in Teyvat.

She likes people watching and writing down everything interesting she sees so she can understand it later/leave something behind because she was not supposed to exist for long. She comes off as very robotic and blunt, but she's just trying to figure out people-ing things like having feelings and all that. Zwei (or Noise) is the original owner of the body who has gone through some really bad mental health stuff with zero support and she basically ended up a psychotic sadist, but canon point could affect how well she's doing or if I even wanna bring her, too.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Inaba herself is a rather serious, analytical ice queen that's just outright Difficult--she has trust issues and a ton of barriers that she sometimes hides behind dry comments. She's been through a lot of human experimentation and actually feels more inhuman more now than ever and won't hesitate to call herself a monster. Which is true, in the literal sense.
CHARACTER GOALS: As of this moment, my main goal is for her to have positive CR--which, I know is a very trying task, but I'd like for her to have more friends as well as to love herself a little more. Otherwise, I've stepped back on a lot of her planning due to her current character trajectory at the moment.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Her primary ability is nullification which she has on most of the time. But she can also switch to her other ability, which is to give people discomfort/nausea on touch. For those with soul abilities, people might notice that her soul is a bit odd. She can take her soul out of her body and it looks like a blue heart with white rims, indicating that she is both human and a monster. If you've played Undertale, she can do blue integrity shenanigans in soul fights.
CURRENT HAPPENINGS & THREADS: My current catch-all log can be found here. Inaba is currently spending her time avoiding huge crowds, shrines and heavily congested spirit areas; she can generally be found hanging around level one for that reason. She works at a computer shop with all the old tech at the moment!
SEEKING CR: Friendship in particular. I know she's currently hard mode due to her cold, serious persona but she desperately needs people she can attach to as friends, lest her mental health collapses. She's very much a technology nerd, as she's built computers from scratch and even knows how to code extensively. Not to mention that she also does game. She's a gamer.
NOT SEEKING: I'm really not looking for any romance at the moment, and while I'm not opposed to negative CR, I'd like to have that discussed with me first for a thread, please, given her current trajectory. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Hanyuu is a kami from a small village in the 1980s. For many years, she was invisible to the world until Rika, her descendant, was born and then had to go through many timeloops of dealing with her dying. Because of this, she's not really used to doing a lot of things--she loves eating sweets (especially creampuffs) and doing new things in general and is very much a motherly type. She won't hesitate to call someone out on their bullshit, either, something that tends to be forgotten due to the anime adaptation shoving that part of her characterization out of the way.
CHARACTER GOALS: My current goals are for her to help others out--she's a kami in Starsand; dubbed as the kami of sin, and once she starts learning about the Wish Maker, she's going to want to help the spirits as someone who is basically a spirit herself. I also have plans for a proper contract with her in the future, too.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Hanyuu's normal abilities deal with stopping time, reversing time, and being able to summon her artifacts. And as the kami of sin, she can sense when people are sinning and gains more power from sins.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Yor is secretly an assassin working for the government--although that's not relevant here! What is relevant, however, is that she is 1) in a fake marriage with Loid, a spy (she doesn't know he's a spy) and that 2) in spite of her job as an assassin, she is surprisingly kind and gentle. Although she is very much a gorilla in strength. At the moment, she works at the gym as self defense instructor, so she'll be teaching people.
CHARACTER GOALS: My current long term goal is for her identity as an assassin to get revealed, but that's definitely going to be difficult as she has no need to do any sort of assassination work while she's in Starsand, as her bosses aren't here. People might, however, notice that Yor acts very different in a fight than she does normally.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Yor herself has gorilla strength, can tolerate poisons, can sneak up on people without them noticing her and even can jump high.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Mafuyu is the perfect student on the surface--a good girl who gets good grades and is an honor student. But in reality, Mafuyu has no idea what kind of person she is or what her likes or dislikes are. She's also the songwriter for her underground music circle called Nightcord at 25 o'clock.
CHARACTER GOALS: At the moment, I'm trying to have Mafuyu learn more about herself--she'll be slowly coming out of her shell and figuring out that she really wants to do music and really wants to be a nurse rather than a doctor. I'd also like to have her learn that her life is kind of messed up, too. November and December she's also especially going to focus on helping out Kanade with her music as a lyricist and mixer but at the same time she wants Kanade to not overwork herself. Send help. :(
CHARACTER ABILITIES: At the moment, Mafuyu has a spirit pact with a koi fish spirit that allows her to heal minor injuries and it can also give her protective gear. She's also rather skilled in archery, music, and just... a lot of mundane things in general. She's a fast learner.

But in particular I'd like for her to meet music oriented characters: while she isn't Niigo's composer, Mafuyu has composed music before - and is rather skilled at it - so I'd like for her to maybe play around with that. She doesn't think that her own compositions have any worth, as anything that she personally writes cannot save anyone, but I'd like to change that mindset? I'd also like for her to have more friends that can see through her act.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ushio isn't human--she's a shadow masquerading as the girl 'Ushio Kofune'. She's a high energy, energetic girl that is a bit of a nerd as she plays video games and even watches anime. And she will kick your ass. She isn't the smartest person, though.
CHARACTER GOALS: Honestly, I'm just vibing with Ushio. I don't really have much in the way of goals for her.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: As a shadow, Ushio can copy objects and people. With objects she's copied, she can replicate them for short periods of time with her hair. She can also sink back into her shadow and go through cracks in walls, doors, etc. And as for people, if she copies someone, she obtains their memories, personality and can turn into them, but I obviously wouldn't be doing that without IC/OOC permission. Also because she's a shadow, her physical body is her shadow, meaning that stabs to her "physical body" wouldn't be permanent unless you actually stab the shadow itself. You can also make her unable to move by pinning the shadow onto the ground, too. Ushio is also very fast and can jump high. Also she uses her hair as a weapon and it's actually very strong.

Since arriving he's come a long way and while he's a bit awkward with interacting with others, he's not a completely bad person.
CHARACTER GOALS: going into november his main goal has shifted slightly to looking into things relating to his boyfriend and actively trying to come up with a way to heal his condition.
CHARACTER ABILITIES:His main ability is Rashomon, which is a variation of clothing manipulation seemingly infused with Dark Matter, as it can eat through anything, even space itself.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: A very sheltered little deer hybrid. He grew up away from civilization and society in one of the national parks only ever seeing his 'father' for the first years of his life. It was only when he was about nine that he met others, and that encounter as his father met them to shoo them away, to get them to leave, made him sick. Gus was thus alone for about a year before meeting Jepperd, a former football star and followed him, leaving to try and find his mother, Birdie.
He is a very energetic and sentimental little boy, keeping his soft toy dog his father had made for him through everything. He can be rather oblivious and trusting/naive in spite of the danger he is in with being out and about leaving his home (hybrids are hunted down, are caged up and used in experiments in attempt to cure an illness that spread around the same time the hybrids were being born). Being so sheltered, there is still a lot he is learning about civilization, about humans and society, about technology and such.
CHARACTER GOALS: Mostly just to have him build more connections with others, to learn more about people, society. To learn to better fend for himself (he can, he did for a year alone but still.)

CHARACTER GOALS: Ryoko was challenged by Wish Maker to stop them on New Years. Her plan is to try to help with wishes, and try to gain confidence in herself in order to stand up to it when the time comes. Also, Taiga wants to celebrate Christmas, which doesn't exist in Starsand. So, she's going to try to get some kind of holiday party/gift exchange together anyway. Finally, she's trying to figure out who she wants to be and what love actually means to her, which is scary but, she's making it work.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: When she's transformed, she can create a pocket barrier ("Closed Space") where she can heal friends and slow down enemies. She also can exude a terrifying aura when she's furious that may paralyze, depending on if her target is afraid. There's a more detailed list here pre-nerfs.
CURRENT HAPPENINGS & THREADS: Ryoko is, in general planning to take care of herself this month and devote her time to the above goals. While she'll be available, she'll be relatively scarce except for shopping and continuing to volunteer at the library. She's also patiently waiting for Yuuto to return, offering faith to help him out.

Basically, Ougi does not particularly care about this particular facet of themselves unless it can be used for trolling purposes.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Ougi is kind of a huge spoiler for the series but on the surface, they seem like a strange but inquisitive sort, interested in getting involved in people's business and often being rather critical of other people's behavior or knowledge of certain topics. Has a very strong belief in what they believe to be "right" and in "correcting mistakes", but what exactly Ougi considers to be a mistake in need of correcting and made "right" again is often a mystery.
CHARACTER GOALS: Until their arrival here, they've existed as an abberation more so than as an actual individual, so without their... creator, so to speak, hanging around in Starsand yet, it could be interesting to see what Ougi is able to become as an actual person than just "Ougi Oshino" in name alone, or if they truly can't at all, while they're here.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Manipulation in Matter, Mind, and Memory, though this tends to have a stronger effect on very specific people than just on any person they come across. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Noe is a Mochijun character so he has been through Some Shit, but most people wouldn’t guess it when they meet him. Despite everything, Noe is very sheltered. He’s easily impressed and has a tendency to get easily distracted and lost. Think Disney Princess meets himbo. Noe is very loyal and loving to the people he cares about, and although he can be airheaded at times, he tends to be pretty observant of them, and tries to do what he can to look out for them.
CHARACTER GOALS: Some things Noe struggles with are the fact he tends to hold back and he can be indecisive. Although other characters in canon talk about how sweet Noe is, he is mainly concerned with the people who he cares about (especially thanks to his past) and will throw his morals surrounding talking first out the door in certain situations. Basically, he’s kind of a hypocrite at times. I’d like to possibly explore that. But I’d also like to have him make friends or enemies as well and support others!
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Noe is a vampire who has the unique ability to read people’s memories and emotions when he consumes their blood for the first time. This is shown to be overwhelming to him— kind of like being trapped in a dream or nightmare where you’re someone else and you’re just watching everything play out. He also has the ability to alter the World Formula, which can give him enhanced strength and the ability to ignore gravity.

She has a big heart that's been scarred terribly by several family tragedies that caused her to spiral into a deep depression combined with an intense savior complex, and now she's completely dedicated her life to writing music to "save" others. A real sweet kid though, if a bit awkward. Also a total shut-in.
CHARACTER GOALS: Right now her main goal is to beat the Wish Maker's challenge; write a song that could give more people hope than they can by granting wishes. Outside of that, she's trying to get back into the groove of composing now that she has some equipment to work with.
CHARACTER ABILITIES: Kanade is one hundred percent mundane human with very little life skills. The main thing she has going for her is that she's an extremely talented composer.

She has some good friends already (and like one possibly negative CR, shocker), but I'm always looking for more - especially those who can make sure she takes a break every once in a while.
